Planning Bootcamp
So what is a Wedding Planning Bootcamp? Well its where we the Wedding Experts, show you the Bride, how to plan your wedding in 1 day. Are you up for the challenge?
It’s really quite simple, we invite you and a friend (maid of honour, mother of the bride, mother-in-law, bridesmaid etc), to come along and join us for a day of planning. This is your chance to work with an experienced planner for the day to put the pieces of your wedding day together. At the end of the Boot Camp you will come away with a complete wedding day plan. We will put together a budget, source suppliers, work through itineraries and run sheets and you will even have the chance to brainstorm some creative ideas for decor, styling, music and entertainment.
And it doesn’t end there. At the end of your personalised Boot Camp you will have access to your planner by email in the lead up to your big day. You can run ideas past them, pick their brains and ask their advice. What better way is there to ensure that your wedding day is every bit as spectacular as a Hollywood Blockbuster and has all the trimmings of the Oscars as well.
Wedding Day PA
You are ordered to sit back, relax and be the star of your own show. It’s your wedding day. You’ve done all the hard work, put in hours of research and organised for Uncle Brian to pick up Aunt Myrtle up from the Airport and now it’s time to hand over the reigns to your wedding day PA. From approximately two weeks prior to your wedding, your PA will start to slot into the final preparations of your wedding. She’ll introduce herself to your suppliers, organise any last minute little hiccups and create an itinerary of your day. She’ll be at the ceremony site before the wedding to ensure everything is take care of, she’ll go to the reception venue ahead of you and your guests to cast her expert eye over the layout, and ultimately allow you to enjoy playing the leading role in your own production.
Shop Till You Drop
Let one of our wedding specialists guide you through a wonderful day of Wedding Shopping. You will be introduced to the best suppliers in the business and have an opportunity to sample their goods and services. The day includes a champagne lunch and the opportunity to pick the brains of your Wedding Expert – nothing ‘wedding’ is off limits. This package can be personalized to suit your individual needs including a visit to a stylist if you need some direction in this area.
